Legal review document
Terms review draft
NON-OPERATIVE DRAFT — Korean legal review and approval of the operating entity, regulatory scope, and detailed procedures are required.
This is a non-operative draft describing the current product structure. It does not form a finalized agreement between a customer and an operator. The operating entity, registration scope, governing law, and final transaction terms must be confirmed after review and approval by Korean counsel.
Document status
This document is a product-review draft. It must not be used as effective terms until the operating entity's verified legal name, registration number, address, contact details, governing law, dispute process, and regulatory status have been inserted and approved.
Intended service scope
The current product structure lets a customer send a supported crypto asset on a supported network and receive either another supported crypto asset or KRW to a supported Korean bank account. It does not offer KRW-to-crypto purchases. The latest order screen is the source of truth for route availability.
Quotes and orders
Rates shown in lists may be indicative. Before confirming, a customer must review the asset, network, destination method, amount, fee, limits, and quote-validity period. Terms may change after a quote expires or when market or network conditions change.
Verification and compliance
Additional information or review may be required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and transaction safety. Final policies must describe the approved review criteria, processors, retention periods, and appeal process once the operating framework is verified.
Errors, payout, and returns
Assets sent using an incorrect asset, network, address, or bank detail may be unrecoverable. Eligibility, costs, and expected timing for a payout or return must be assessed from the actual transaction and applicable law. This draft does not promise a fixed deadline or refund.
Risks and support
Crypto transactions involve price, liquidity, blockchain-delay, address-error, fraud, and regulatory risks. Review the latest on-screen information before confirming an order and contact the official support channel with the order ID if something goes wrong.
