Is registration required?
You can create an order without an account. Identity verification may be required after risk review.
When is the rate fixed?
The rate is locked for five minutes when the quote is created.
How can I track an order?
Every order receives an unguessable tracking link. Do not publish or share that link with anyone else.
When is my deposit processed?
A deposit is processed once it reaches the required number of network confirmations. See the network confirmations page for the count and estimated time per asset.
What fees apply?
Fees depend on the exchange direction. The current fee and limits are shown before you create an order.
I didn't get the activation email — what now?
Check your spam folder first. You can request a new link from the activation screen; each link can be used once and expires after 24 hours.
What if I send the wrong asset or network?
Blockchain transfers are hard to reverse. Assets sent to the wrong network or address may be unrecoverable, so double-check the asset, network, and address before sending.
Where can I track progress?
After creating an order, use its private link to follow the deposit, confirmations, review, and payout status.
