Crypto risk and anti-fraud notice
Crypto transfers are difficult to reverse and involve price, liquidity, network, and fraud risks. Check the following before every order.
Asset and network
Confirm that the asset and network exactly match the order screen. Tokens with the same name on different networks may not be recoverable.
Address and bank details
Recheck wallet addresses, memos or tags, account numbers, and account-holder details. Be alert to clipboard-replacement malware.
Quotes and volatility
An indicative rate may not be a final quote. Review the final amount, fee, limits, and quote expiry before confirming.
Impersonation
Official support should never request a password, authentication code, private key, or seed phrase. Reconfirm any message asking you to send to a different address through the official channel.
Third-party requests
Do not move funds for a stranger or accept guaranteed-investment, advance-fee, loan, or account-rental requests.
