Customer safety

Security & anti-fraud notice

Dear customers — the security of a transaction can be affected by circumstances outside our control. To keep your funds safe, please follow the guidance below before and during every exchange.

Verify the recipient

Always confirm the identity of the party whose details you are transferring funds to. Where a payment system allows it, check the status of the recipient's wallet before sending.

Check the account number carefully

Take great care when filling in the recipient's account number. A mistake sends your funds in an unknown direction with no possibility of return.

Never lend via irrevocable systems

Never provide loans through ‘irrevocable’ electronic payment systems. The risk of encountering fraud this way is extremely high.

Follow the official instructions

If you are asked to pay in a way different from the instructions for using our service, refuse and report it to our support team. The same applies to any application that you did not create yourself.

Do not move third-party funds

Do not transfer funds owned by third parties through your own accounts. Doing so for a fee has, in some cases, made the account holder an unwitting accomplice to a financial crime.

Confirm messages with us directly

Always verify any information that reaches your email against the exchange operator directly.

We never ask for loans or donations

Our service does not provide loans, take money under debt or interest, or accept donations. If you receive suspicious messages in our name — even with details resembling ours — do not act on them and report them to our support team.
